Fine Art Exhibit – May 19th from 6-8pm – The Barn at One Loudoun – 20405 Savin Hill Dr, Ashburn, VA 20147
All paintings are on canvases constructed by hand with USA-grown organic cotton and FSC-certified wood stretcher bars, with an all-natural primer base of limestone powder and methyl cellulose (a plant-based glue).
Artwork is available to buy on a pay-what-you-will basis. Each painting takes approximately 20 hours to complete and costs around $30 in materials. I work with a pay-what-you-will model because I view artwork as a unique creation, rather than a mass-produced commodity, whose value can only be decided by whomever is in possession of the work! Past collectors, from around the world, have paid anywhere from $100 for an oil portrait painting to over $1,500 for simple but elegant large-scale figure drawings on paper. You can contact me at email@example.com to inquire about any painting below.
I’ll be posting paintings here as they are completed!
