Commission a Painting or Drawing

For art commissions, whether a painting or drawing, just email me at dave@davewhiteartist.com. We can discuss your project, an estimated timeframe, and I will give you a price quote. 

Paintings are done on stretched canvas for oil and acrylic, and on archival watercolor paper for watercolor. Drawings are done on heavyweight archival paper. 

Art Commission Process

The process for art commissions is simple. We discuss your commission, my current estimated timeframe for completion, and agree on a price. My timeframe for completion is usually between 2-4 weeks. I require a deposit of typically 1/2 of the total amount, in order to start the work, with the remainder due upon completion. We can arrange for an in-person delivery if in the Washington DC metro region, or I can carefully package and ship the artwork if you are located elsewhere. Photo updates are provided while the commission is in process!

9x12 - $600

11x14 - $750

12x16 - $1,000

16x20 - $1,500

18x24 - $2,250
