Return Policy – If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please send a photo and I will then have a replacement sent. Due to the nature of personalized items, these items cannot be returned. Clothing items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
