Deeply colored turquoise waters, arid cliffs, famous nightlife, a lush and hilly countryside, beautiful beaches, and orange and olive groves. The Mediterranean island of Ibiza is a gathering place where one can enjoy any or all of these possibilities.
The famous blue-shaded streets of Chefchaouen, Morocco are enchanting and captivating. Situated in the Rif Mountains, one can walk through the city to sample local goat cheese and purchase intricately woven blankets. Here, Arabic, Spanish and French languages are spoken.

One of the more unique places I’ve been in the world is to Chefchaouen, Morocco. Chefchaouen, or Chaouen, is a city in northwest Morocco that is famous for its blue shaded buildings, such as shown in this architectural painting.
