Chefchaouen is the majestic Moroccan city famous for its blue-shaded buildings. This painting is of a photo I took on a sunny day while visiting Chefchaouen.
The famous blue-shaded streets of Chefchaouen, Morocco are enchanting and captivating. Situated in the Rif Mountains, one can walk through the city to sample local goat cheese and purchase intricately woven blankets. Here, Arabic, Spanish and French languages are spoken.
One of the more unique places I’ve been in the world is to Chefchaouen, Morocco. Chefchaouen, or Chaouen, is a city in northwest Morocco that is famous for its blue shaded buildings, such as shown in this architectural painting.
